The Council of Ministers on the proposal of Minister of Justice, Francisco Caamaño, today approved the bill amending the Civil Procedure Act, to facilitate the implementation in Spain of European processes for payment and small claims.
This reform is an approach to the instruments, for the same purpose of protecting the credits, have been implemented in the European Union in recent years, through the doctrine of what qualifies as a European procedural law. Have also been introduced into domestic law principles that inspired some Community law in order to approximate the laws national European.
