In this regard, the recommendations of the Council of Europe suggest measures such as the use of video (instead of direct court hearings with the presence of child victims of abuse and their abusers); information to children in the state court proceedings, the cooperation of judges, psychologists and social workers to alleviate any suffering added during the court proceedings and the increased protection of children through appropriate technology.
Prevention and
private sector participants at the Conference of Toledo affect their conclusions not only persecution but also in preventing all forms of violence against children, with special attention to the important role that the sector private sector can play in the detection of crimes of abuse and sexual exploitation of children.
